Yassine Kada — Chief DPO & Founder

Yassine Kada is the Chief DPO and founder of Kada Data Protection. He holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Digital Law, graduating from the prestigious “Droit du cyberespace : technologies et innovation numérique” program at the Faculty of Law of Lille. This advanced academic background provided him with the essential theoretical foundations required for the practice of a Data Protection Officer.

He began his career as an NTIC Legal Counsel within the Invivo Group, one of Europe’s leading agricultural and agri-food cooperatives operating across multiple subsidiaries and business units. During his time there, he conducted GDPR audits and led the update and harmonization of personal data processing activities across the entire group. This experience allowed him to understand—and successfully navigate—the operational complexity of coordinating numerous stakeholders, departments, and entities within a large corporate ecosystem.

In parallel, Yassine has been building a broader compliance ecosystem by developing several advisory and auditing companies dedicated to improving corporate practices.
